Who we are
Aventra LLC is a Utah limited liability company doing business as Aventra AI. Email: [email protected].
Acceptance
You accept these terms when you use this site or email us through it. If you act for a business, you confirm you have authority to bind that business, and "you" in these terms means that business. Our services are for businesses and for people 18 or older.
Services
Aventra builds and runs AI voice assistants and related automations for the businesses we already serve. We are not selling anything on this site, and nothing here is an offer. If we take you on as a client, the scope, price, billing and cancellation terms are agreed with you in writing before work starts.
Voice AI and texting
If we run a service that answers calls, places calls or sends texts for your business:
- You are the business. Calls are answered and texts are sent on your behalf. Your callers are your customers and the information they give is yours. We act as your service provider and handle that information as described in our Privacy Policy.
- Your disclosures and consents. You are responsible for telling your callers what the law in your state and theirs requires, including recording notices, and for getting any consent the law requires before you ask us to send any outbound call or text. We will help you set up the greeting and consent language, but the legal responsibility for your customer communications is yours.
- The disclosure stays in. We may require your greeting to say that the caller is speaking with an AI assistant and, when calls are recorded, to say so. We will not remove that disclosure from a greeting at your request.
- Pausing a flow. We may pause or change a call or text flow if a law, carrier rule or platform rule changes in a way that makes the flow noncompliant. We will tell you when we do.
- No unlawful use. You will not ask us to call or text people who have not agreed to receive those messages, or to use the service for anything unlawful.
Information, not advice
Everything on this site and in our conversations is general business information and our professional opinion about AI tools. It is not legal, tax, accounting, financial or other professional advice. We are not a law firm or a CPA firm. Check with your own advisors before making decisions that depend on it.
No other guarantees
We do not guarantee any result: not savings, revenue, hours recovered, lead volume or anything else. Statements on this site about past clients describe what happened for them and are not a promise of what will happen for you. AI tools change often and sometimes produce wrong output. You are responsible for reviewing what any tool or assistant produces before relying on it.
As is
The site and our services are provided "as is" and "as available". To the extent the law allows, we disclaim all implied warranties, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement.
Limitation of liability
To the extent the law allows, our total liability to you for all claims related to the site or our services is limited to the fees you paid us in the 12 months before the event that caused the claim. Neither of us is liable to the other for indirect, incidental, consequential, special or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost revenue or lost data, even if told they were possible. These limits do not apply where the law does not allow them.
Indemnity
Each of us will defend and indemnify the other against third-party claims, and the resulting damages and reasonable attorney fees, to the extent caused by our own breach of these terms or our own violation of law. For you, this includes claims arising from calls or texts you asked us to send without the consent the law requires. For us, this includes claims arising from our failure to deliver the service as described. The party seeking indemnity must notify the other promptly and cooperate; the indemnifying party controls the defense.
Ownership
We own this site and our materials. The templates, prompts, systems and know-how we use to build assistants stay ours.
Utah law and disputes
Utah law governs these terms. Before either of us files a lawsuit, we will email the other a description of the problem and spend 30 days trying to work it out in good faith. If that fails, claims go to the state or federal courts located in Utah County, Utah, and both of us agree to that venue.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. The date at the top shows the current version. If you are a client, changes take effect at your next billing date after we email you about them.
