What this website collects
Very little. This site has no forms, no logins, no analytics and no advertising cookies. Our own code sets no cookies at all.
When a page loads, a few providers receive your IP address and basic browser details because they deliver the page:
- GitHub Pages hosts the site and Cloudflare sits in front of it. Both receive your IP address and request details as part of serving the page. Cloudflare also runs a small script that hides our email address from spam bots.
- Google Fonts serves the typeface on this site. Your browser fetches the font files from Google, so Google receives your IP address.
We do not use any of these providers to track or profile you.
When you email us
The links on this site that say "Join the waitlist" or show our address open an email to us. We receive your email address and whatever you write. We use it to answer you and, if you asked for the waitlist, to tell you when we have room. Our email runs on Google Workspace.
If you are a client
We keep your contact details and what we need to run your service. Payments run through Stripe, our payment processor. Stripe collects your billing details and card number; we never see your full card number. Stripe tells us what was paid so we can keep accurate books.
What our voice assistants collect
Some businesses hire us to run an AI voice assistant that answers their phone. If you call one of those businesses, the assistant may collect your name, phone number, service address, email address, the reason for your call, and anything else you say. Calls may be recorded and transcribed.
The business you called is the operator of that assistant and owns the caller information. Aventra acts as a service provider to that business. To make the assistant work, the call audio and transcript pass through our technology providers: Vapi (voice platform), Twilio (phone lines), Deepgram (speech to text), language models from OpenAI and Anthropic, Make.com (automation) and Google Sheets (where the business's call log lives). Those providers process the data to deliver the service to the business.
If you want a copy of your information from one of those calls, or want it deleted, contact the business you called, or email us at [email protected] and we will work with that business to handle your request.
Text messages
Some of the businesses we serve send a confirmation or follow-up text to people who gave their phone number for that purpose, for example after a call or a web inquiry. Message and data rates may apply. If you get one of those texts and want them to stop, tell the business that sent it or email us at [email protected] and we will take your number off.
How long we keep information
- Client and payment records: as long as we need them to deliver the service and to keep accurate books and tax records.
- Call recordings and transcripts: We do not delete these on a fixed schedule today. We delete them when the business we serve asks, when that business stops being a client, or when you ask us to.
- Email: as long as the conversation is useful to answer you or document the work.
Your choices: access, correction and deletion
Email [email protected] and tell us what you want: a copy of your information, a correction, or deletion. We will confirm it is you by replying to the email address or phone number we already have for you, then respond within 30 days. If your state gives you privacy rights, email us and we will honor them.
Do Not Track and Global Privacy Control
Some browsers send a Do Not Track or Global Privacy Control signal. This site does not respond to those signals because it sets no analytics or advertising cookies and does not track visitors across websites. We do not allow third parties to use this site to collect information about your activity across other websites.
Children
This site and our services are for businesses and adults. They are not directed to anyone under 18, and we do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18. If you believe a child has given us information, email us and we will delete it.
Changes to this policy
When we change this policy we post the new version here and update the date at the top. If a change is material, we add a notice at the top of this page saying what changed.
